My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious and impressive, offering a clean and comfortable environment. Although there was a slight delay in the reception bar due to adverse weather, it didn't overshadow the overall quality. The service, while mainly in German with limited English, suited those who prefer this style. The location was beautiful, offering a massive area with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, and entertainment for kids. The dining experience was decent, especially by the pool, despite some minor issues with variety. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, contributing to a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with tea making facilities and a mini fridge re-stocked daily, just like in the pictures from the hotel's site. We had a standard room with a sea view, and there was no extra charge. Being located on the sixth floor gave us a nice view of the sea and the pools, right next to the elevator, making it easy for our kids to access it on their own.

The hotel rooms are like a mini home, very nice, but the balconies are smaller than they appear in pictures. Housekeeping does a great job maintaining them. The hotel location is great, near the beach and White Tower, but some improvements are needed in dining and service to reach a 5-star standard. The staff, especially Chucky, Sara, Daria, and Sabar, are amazing and attentive. The entertainment manager, Recap, is fabulous. The facilities are good, but the food service could be upgraded.
The hotel had lovely and great size rooms with a free mini fridge in every room. However, the space felt cramped with only 2 small chairs and a small table. The overall room was big, featuring a large queen-size bed and a smaller one, with a TV set in the middle of the room.
